"Where Networking meets Investing"

            The investment club was created to help aspiring entrepreneurs build local businesses.  The investment club evaluates and invests in promising local business opportunities.  The group meets monthly to analyze each investment and business plan at the Pendergast Club.  Networking associates can submit ideas via email and bring guests to present the business opportunities. 

Examples of Investments:

• Start Up Businesses

• Expansion of Existing Businesses

• Real Estate

• Anything that makes sense

Standard Required Documents:

• Financial Statement (Business / Personal – 2 yrs.)

• Business Plan (needs to include uses for capital and whether it is debt or equity)

• Pro-Forma (needs to show investor returns)
